You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult your own advisors.

Fund interests offered through the Platform may constitute securities and involve substantial risk, including illiquidity and the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance and projected yields are not guarantees of future results. Any offering is made only through official offering documents and only where lawful.

You agree to complete identity verification and provide information we reasonably request to meet our AML/KYC and other legal obligations. We may suspend or limit access pending verification.

Fund unit holdings, wallet balances, distributions, and investments are subject to the rules and limitations described on the Platform. Certain financial features may be simulated during pilot phases; where live, transactions may be irreversible once settled.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or infringing others' rights.

The Platform, including its content, trademarks, and software, is owned by CCG or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
